Welcome to CM College of Arts and Science, where we are excited to celebrate our 15th year of academic excellence. We take pride in being a dynamic educational institution that has been providing quality education and advanced academic facilities to the community. As we step into this new milestone, we are delighted to introduce our unique set of programs called CRYSTAL 15.

The CRYSTAL 15 program is a culmination of the efforts put in by our management, administrative council, and faculties consisting of proactive academicians. The college is always believed in adapting to the changing academic needs of our society, and this program is a testament to that philosophy. The program is designed to cater to various academic, research, career, andsocial requirements.

We understand that the success of this program lies in its effective implementation, andwe are committed to achieving our mission. This first edition of the program will serve as a foundation for our future editions, which will be in advanced modes to keep up with the changing academic scenarios. The college believe that the time-bound and perfection-oriented conduct of these plans will surely lead us to the achievement of our mission. Our commitment to quality education and academic excellence will continue to guide us towards a brighter future.

The Crystal Core Committee aims to enhance the academic and co-curricular activities of the college and to ensure that our students receive the best education and opportunities. We are confident that the committee, under the guidance of our esteemed Chief Patron and Patron, will continue to strive for excellence and contribute to the college’s growth.

CRYSTAL 15 MISSION Comprehensive Mission for Excellence

As we embark on this special milestone, we have devised a new plan that will help us achieve our vision of becoming a leading institution of higher learning. Our plan includes several key aims that we will focus on in the coming years. Here are the major aims of our new plan:

  1. 15 Smart Class Rooms [5 Smart Class Rooms Every Year]: The first aim is to establish 15 smart classrooms, with five new classrooms added every year. We want to create a modern and interactive learning environment that will help our students excel in their academic pursuits.
  2. 15 PhD Registrations [Teachers + Students]: The second aim is to produce 15 PhD students among our teachers and students. We recognize the value of research and knowledge generation, and we want to encourage and support our students and faculty in their pursuit of advanced degrees.
  3. 15 Research Publications [Teachers + Students]: The third aim is to publish 15 research papers in three years, authored by the teachers or students. The college want to establish our institution as a hub of research activity and showcase our contribution to the academic community.
  4. 15 Students’ Admission in Premier Institutions: The fourth aim is to secure admission for 15 students in premier institutions in three years. This will provide our students with access to the best possible education and help them achieve their career goals.
  5. 15 Teaching/ Research/ Academic Oriented Programs: The fifth aim is to dplan and organize15 teaching, research, and academic-oriented programs. The college believe that this will broaden the horizons of our students and faculty and help them stay abreast of the latest developments in their respective fields.
  6. 15 Webinars on various topics: The sixth aim is to organize 15 webinars on various topics in three years.. The college wants to create opportunities for our students and faculty to engage with experts from different fields and learn from their experiences.
  7. 15 Placements in MNCs: The seventh aim is to secure placements for 15 students in multinational corporation. The college want to ensure that our students are well-equipped to succeed in the global job market and make a positive impact in their respective industries.
  8. 15 PSC/UPSC/RRB/BRB/SSC Placements: The eighth aim is to secure placements for 15 of our students in various public service government jobs in three years. The college want to encourage our students to pursue careers in the civil services and contribute to the development of our country.
  9. 15 NET Holders [Teachers + Students]: The ninth aim is to produce 15 NET (National Eligibility Test) holders among the teachers and students. We believe that this will demonstrate the quality of education we provide and help the students and faculty pursue their academic and professional goals.
  10. 15 Sports/Athletic Achievements: The tenth aim is to achieve 15 sports and athletic accomplishments in three years. The college believe that sports and fitness are essential components of a well-rounded education and want to encourage our students to pursue their passions in these areas.
  11. 15 Achievements/Participations: The eleventh aim is to achieve 15 academic and extracurricular accomplishments in three years. We want to foster a culture of excellence and achievement among our students and faculty.
  12. 15 Book Chapters: The twelfth aim is to publish 15 book chapters in three years, authored by our teachers and students. We want to contribute to the academic literature and establish our institution as a center of intellectual inquiry.
  13. 15 Social Intervention Schemes: The college recognizes the importance of giving back to the community and improving the lives of those who are in need. As such, the new plan includes 15 social intervention schemes aimed at supporting local communities and addressing pressing social issues. These schemes may include initiatives such as volunteering programs, mentorship programs, charity events, and community outreach programs, among others. Through these efforts, the college aims to make a positive difference in the lives of individuals and communities.
  14. 15 Inter-Collegiate Programs/Competitions: The college is committed to providing its students with a well-rounded education that prepares them for success in their future careers. One way to achieve this is through participation in inter-collegiate programs and competitions. The new plan includes 15 such initiatives aimed at giving students the opportunity to showcase their skills, learn from their peers, and gain valuable experience in their chosen fields. These programs may include academic competitions, sports tournaments, cultural events, and more. Through these efforts, the college aims to foster a spirit of competition among students and prepare them for success beyond graduation.
  15. 15 Activation Initiatives: The college recognizes that students need to be engaged and motivated in order to succeed academically and personally. The new plan includes 15 activation initiatives aimed at providing students with a vibrant campus environment that encourages personal and academic growth. Plan includes activation of infrastructure, staff rooms and sports facilities, as well as alumni, media and entrepreneurial activation. Our goal is to create a dynamic and thriving community by leveraging these initiatives. Join us in making Crystal 15 a success!
